We were very excited when we booked Secret Loch Ness, Inverness Castle, Photos of Urquhart Castle & Highland Waterfall private shore excursion and then Coronavirus happened. I don't think anyone was expecting this virus to last as long as it's going to. So sadly we have cancelled our tour as our country is in lockdown until end July. Maxine has been fantastic. I originally asked to transfer to a date to be confirmed next year as we are rebooking our cruise but she has graciously given us a full refund. No I haven't been on a tour with Thistle as yet but how they are handling themselves during this very difficult time shows me how honourable and customer orientated they are. I highly recommend Thistle Excursions.';
