Tour timings

You’ll leave over an hour after docking and return at least one hour before your ship sails. 

Loch Ness - off the beaten track

This tour lets you see the unblemished parts of Loch Ness. You get to dip your toe in Loch Ness snd take home a sample of the Loch. 

Exclusive mountain top views of Loch Ness

Then you head to a hidden mountain top viewpoint where few people ever go. We will access this along a single track road in a luxury 4 seater car as no other vehicle can access this location. We will then guide you up a 5 minute walk to the mountain peak. You’ll have magnificent views over the whole of Loch Ness and a little Highland village. After returning to the car we will pour you a wee dram to celebrate the uniqueness of this location. Bring appropriate footwear. You may bring a change of shoes if you wish. 

Foyers waterfall - overlooking Loch Ness

Travel onto Foyers Falls and wander down the steep path to see the wonder of waterfall that flows into Loch Ness. Take amazing photographs. 

Traditional Scottish refreshments & wildlife

After this a little refreshment with yes and homemade scones at Cameron’s cafe where you’ll also see Shetland ponies, red deer and a Highland cows.

Loch Ness & Urqhuart Castle

Leaving there you’ll head back along the Loch side stopping for photos of Urquhart castle which is situated on the far side of the Loch.

You’ll also pass by the infamous film location of the Devil Rides Out based on Dennis Wheatley’s book of the same name. The Boleskine house was owned by Aleister Crowley, the famous occultist before Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page purchased it. You won’t see the house from the road - just the old Boleskine cemetery. 

Inverness - the city & Inverness Castle

Heading onto Inverness you’ll visit Inverness castle viewing gallery to see the over the city. You den also take your time to see the shops, cafes or try a beer or whisky in Inverness’ oldest bar which dates back to 1841, the Gellions. 

After having lunch and enjoying the Highland culture you’ll head back to the port.
